A Holistic, Herbal Protocol to Heal Yoni Yeast Naturally

Your yoni is an intricate, dynamic system - a galactic universe of her own. She has her own pH, microbiome, ecosystem, delicate hormonal dance and built in security to assist to maintain a healthy equilibrium. Your yoni naturally wants to be in balance, and will clearly let you know when something/someone is throwing her out of whack.  She has a voice and speaks to us in symptoms, the more out of balance one becomes, the ‘louder’ the symptoms will get until they are unavoidable. If we learn to listen to her gentle guidance, we become a magnet for living a joyful, sensual, creative and abundant life!

Heart Breath Meditation

Heart Breath Meditation

This meditation practice is an amazing way to increase intimacy and connection. It can be done with a lover, a child, a friend or self. It can be done in the heat of a sexual exchange, in the friendliest of ways, or even with the visualization of 'other.'  This exercise can be a beautiful and sacred way to call in and open to receive a beloved. I also Love doing this practice with Gaia Mama, as it's such a beautiful way to sink into the harmonics of the earth resonance feel the love and support from Divine Mother.

I am going to map out 3 ways to experience and play with the Heart Breath so you can choose which is perfect for you in this moment. Its always nice to set the space, light a candle, turn off cell phones, and have a mutual consent to be together in a sacred safe container for the duration of the practice together.

The Truth and the Lies about Kegels.. facts you MUST know!

The Truth and the Lies about Kegels.. facts you MUST know!

As women, the #1 advice we are given either after childbirth, as we are aging, or prenatally is "do your kegels!" We hear this from our doctors, midwifes, sisters, gynecologist, and even in the media. Well guess what.. STOP DOING YOUR KEGELS!  They are absolutely worthless the way they are being taught and let me explain why...

The original kegel exercise was invented in 1948 by an American gynecologist, Dr. Arnold Kegel. He released an article describing a non-surgical method of toning the pelvic floor to assist women in controlling vaginal incontinence.  He realized that by exercising the PC (pubococcygeus) muscles of the pelvic floor that this helped relieve women from uterus prolapse (when the uterus falls into the vaginal canal), urinary incontinence (involuntarily peeing esp. when sneezing and laughing), as well as other various symptoms of aging and post-childbirth that women have just accepted as normal.

Sweet Yoni Nectar

Sweet Yoni Nectar

Yoni is a sacred, sanskrit word that translates to “source of all life” or “sacred space” referring to a woman’s holy grail between her legs. It's so imperative that we care-take our yoni, that we love her, appreciate her and physically offer her treatments that keep her healthy, juicy and vital!

Our sexual energy is our source of power and our pleasure is our gateway into the universe. Pleasure doesn't have to be sexual - it can be pleasure of being in company of a loved one, pleasure of dark chocolate melting on your tongue, pleasure of cuddles with your pup, pleasure of getting lost and wild in nature.. pleasure is a way that we move through life. Below is my cherished tips and tricks to amp up your pleasure portal and love up your sacred self!

Rivers of Compassion

Rivers of Compassion

I was emotionally numb for most of my young life. I learned from an early age that my emotions were not safe to express and was never given healthy outlets of release. Instead i learned to numb with anger, drugs, sex.. anything that made me feel something other then my sadness.

...

When I first began noticing my sadness it was a tiny bubble inside me that I would recognize as a 'need to cry.' Sometimes it was days.. weeks before I would actually find some release and usually I had to physically exert myself to the point of exhaustion before I could let go. I would run up mountains, do asana for hours and dance wildly in fits and rages until I literally dropped!

At this point I recognized that "anger is sadness hiding."

The bull of passion and perseverance has come to greet us this new mahina.  She is the ruler of the throat chakra, the first of the earth signs, and the bringer of the spring harvest.  She invites us to root into Gaia, follow through with commitments and speak our Truth into the collective.  Taurus dark moon energy asks us to weed out what is old and stale in our garden of life in order to plant new seeds for spring.  Time to take an honest look on where we are holding so we can let go and charge forward!

Tipping the Scales, Journey of a Self-Seeking Guru

Tipping the Scales, Journey of a Self-Seeking Guru

Most of my spiritual life has been spent at the feet of swami’s, masters, guru’s and wise wisdom keepers. The journeys’ all follow a similar pattern.. I arrive broken, they take me under their wing, teach me, hold me, show me the way back to God, then slowly as my wings regain strength I begin to feel trapped. I begin to experience a smallness in my energy and body that feels contained by a container that I respect too much to break free of. My spirit begins to crave a freedom that I can’t quiet grasp. I feel married to a lineage, an ashram, a tribe that has it’s own agenda and I somehow feel sperate. A swami once said to me “do you think you will find water (enlightenment) if you dig one hole 20ft deep or if you dig 10 holes 2ft deep?” I looked at him with wide, curious eyes and said, “well it’s all kind of subjective, what if i spend my whole life digging a hole 20ft deep in this one spot when ‘water’ is 5ft over and 10ft down..” I obviously was not on the same track of thought that he was. Shortly after that conversation, I left the ashram in the midst of the night and spend many months regaining my own will, my own voice, my own connection to Life...
